At Bio we respect your rights as a patient. The patient relations representative at the hospital is a main resource for people who have concerns about their treatment at BIO and for departments working to improve patient satisfaction with their services. The patient relations representative personally responds to patient concerns, recommends administrative or other changes to fix problems, and tracks trends in patient satisfaction.
